Water has been shut off on a stretch on Connaught Avenue in Halifax.
Halifax Water says the disruptions is due to third-party construction and affected services from 2175 to 2361 Connaught.
The utility says the work is taking place through an existing construction zone.
At this point there is no estimate restoration time.
